Guinée-Bissau : un référendum constitutionnel sous tension, l’opposition appelle au boycott
Les Bissau-Guinéens se prononcent ce 30 août sur une nouvelle Constitution prévoyant notamment un renforcement des pouvoirs présidentiels. L’opposition, menée par le PAIGC, appelle au boycott du scrutin.
